Webber Metals has grown significantly over the years, but we’ve never lost the family values that help us thrive year in and year out. Our team includes more than 150 talented and qualified individuals, each of whom is dedicated to producing quality parts and providing outstanding customer service and support. Many of our employees have been with us for more than two decades, providing a strong and experienced workforce.
At the age of 13, Steve began his journey with Webber Metals. Starting on a drill press in his parent's garage, he is now the acting President. Steve has two daughers, Nicole and Danni and currently resides in Cascade with his wife Sarah.
Kathy is the Controller for Webber Metals. She has gone from manually writing checks and invoices to managing a fully integrated accounting software system to streamline business functions. She has 3 children Jake, Alec and Bailey. Kathy's son Jake, in scheduling and quoting, is the first of the third generation of Webbers to work for the family busines. She lives in Cascade with her husband, Dean.
Dave's first job was washing castings in the family garage. His quality training began in 1981 with manual inspection equipment.Today he oversees a team of 5 quality control personnel who work with state-of-the-art equipment. Dave has two daughters, Brittni and Brandi. He and his wife, Jean, live in Cascade.
Jeff started at Webber Metals when he was in high school working in the CNC lathe department. Presently, he is in charge of the shipping/recieving department and managing Webber Metal's logistics world-wide. Jeff and his wife, Jennifer, live in Peosta with their two sons, Jackson and Brayden.
Jake is 3rd generation of the Webber family. He has been with the company since 2013. He started as a machinist and programmer in the shop, and now quotes new jobs and does all routing.
Lisa has been with Webber Metal Products since 1998.
Stacie has been with Webber Metal Products since 2007.
Lance has been with Webber Metal Products since 2008
Russ has been with Webber Metal Products in Cascade since 1984
Kenny has been with Webber Metal Products since 1986
